Who we are

PartnaFi is a fintech company offering Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and financial services—including community Circles, wallets, payments, and related tools. PartnaFi is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by FDIC-insured partner banks.

Mission & product purpose

Liquidity creates opportunity. Community makes liquidity more accessible. PartnaFi builds infrastructure around collective financial power—helping people save together and access meaningful capital at useful moments.

Banking-as-a-Service & FDIC

Debit, deposits, and related banking features are delivered through BaaS partner bank relationships. Wallet balances are held with FDIC-insured partner banks, eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000 per depositor per ownership category. See our Member FDIC disclosure.

Financial services we offer

Circles (rotating community savings), wallets, payments, remittances/FX where enabled, and membership tools. Availability depends on membership, verification, and jurisdiction.

Circles are member arrangements

Rotating savings among members—not investment products or guaranteed returns. You agree to contribute on schedule, honor lock-in after accepting a Circle invite, and follow formation rules (including any seat window and early-exit fee disclosed in-product).

Defaults, waitlist & PartnaScore

Defaults may use waitlist replacement and may reduce PartnaScore. Waitlist invites require accept or decline. PartnaFi may auto-fill seats when policy allows.

Agreement

By creating an account or using PartnaFi’s BaaS and financial services, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and related disclosures, including our Privacy Policy.
